Ingredients For Tomato Puree
4 NOS tomato
15 NOS Cashew
10 Garlic cloves
1 Inch ginger
1 NO green chili
1 Tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1 Tablespoon coriander powder
1/2 Tablespoon cumin powder
1/4 Tablespoon turmeric powder
Ingredients For Frying Paneer
2 Tablespoon oil
300-400 gram paneer
Ingredients For Gravy
2 Tablespoon oil
1/2 Tablespoon cumin seed
2 NOS bay leaf
2 Inch cinnamon
3 NOS green cardamom
3 Medium size onion chopped
2 Tablespoon garlic chopped
Salt to taste
As needed hot water
A large pinch sugar
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon oil
A pinch cumin
Ingredients For Tossing Veggies
10-12 NOS French beans sliced
1/2 Small sized cabbage julienne
1 Tablespoon coriander stalks
7-8 NOS green chili sliced
A small handful ginger flakes
Salt a pinch
Final Ingredients
2-3 Tablespoon fresh cream
A handful fresh coriander chopped
A pinch roasted Kasuri Methi powder
A Pinch garam masala powder
Step:1
Add all the ingredients of the tomato puree in a mixer jar and blend it into a fine puree

Cut the paneer into pieces as per you perference and shallow fry them in a pan until they turn light golden brown , transfer them into plate and set them aside until you prepare the gravy

Set a Kadhai over high heat , let it get hot and then add the oil , let the oil heat up as well as

Next , add the cumin seeds along with the remaining whole spices , stir and cook for a few seconds then add the chopped onions , cook the onion over medium flame until they turn golden brown

Then add the chopped garlic , stir and cool the chopped garlic for 2-3 minutes

Next , add the prepared tomato puree with salt , stir well and cook over high flame until the oil gets separated

Once the gravy is cooked and the oil gets separated , add hot water to adjust the consistency of the gravy , keep it semi-thick , then taste and add sugar , adjust salt if needed the gravy is ready switch off the flame while you toss the veggies

Set a pan over high heat , add butter and oil , let get hot

Add the cumin seeds , let them crackle and then add the French beans , stir and cook over high flame for 2-3 minutes

Then add all the remaining ingredients of tossing veggies and cook over high flame for 3-4 minutes and add them into the gravy along with fried paneer and final ingredients , you can add a splash of hot water so that all the thing can mix easily
