A homemade version of the popular vegetable sweet corn soup , a delicately flavoured vegetable broth that has carrot , corn kernels , and beans . Ingredients

2 Cup boiled sweet corn

Salt to taste

1/5 Tablespoon white pepper powder

1/4 Tablespoon vinegar

1/2 Tablespoon light soy sauce

1 Small carrot (diced)

10 NOS chopped French beans

1 Small capsicum (diced)

1-2 Tablespoon corn flour

100-150 Gram panner (diced)

As needed chopped spring green onion for garnish

Step:1

Boil 2 cup sweet corn for 4-5 minutes or until they start floating on the surface then strain them from the water & divide it into 2 equal halves. Let the sweet corn cool down completely

Step:2

Add 1 cup sweet corn into a mixer jar , add as needed water and blend it into a fine puree

Step:3

To make the soup , set a kadhai over high heat , add sweet corn puree along with hot water , stir and bring the soup to a boil

Step:4

Once the soup comes to a boil , set the flame to medium high and let it simmer for 7-8 minutes and discard the scum that floats on the surface

Then add salt , 1/5 tablespoon whit pepper powder , 1/4 tablespoon vinegar , 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

A long with add , 1 Small carrot (diced) , 10 NOS chopped French beans , 1 Small capsicum (diced) , 1-2 Tablespoon corn flour ,  100-150 Gram panner (diced) , and add 1 cup boiled sweet corn and cook the for 4-5 minutes

Step:7

Then mix 1-2 tablespoon corn flour and water in a boil and add it into the soup to thicken it

Step:8

Taste and adjust seasoning if required and lastly add diced paneer and spring onion greens
