Ingredients For Manchurian Balls
2 Cup cabbage shredded
1 Carrot chopped
3 Tablespoon spring onion chopped
1/2 Onion chopped
1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 Tablespoon chili sauce
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 Cup maida
1/4 Cup corn flour
As needed oil for deep fry

2 Tablespoon oil
2 Clove garlic , chopped
1 Inch ginger , chopped
1 Chili , slit
2 Tablespoon spring onion , chopped
1/2 Chopped onion
1/2 Chopped capsicum
1 Chopped carrot
2 Tablespoon vinegar
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 Tablespoon chili sauce
1/2 Tablespoon salt
1/4 Cup corn flour slurry
1/4 Cup cabbage shredded
3 Cup cooked rice
1/4 Tablespoon pepper powder
2 Tablespoon chopped spring onion
How To Make Street Style Veg Manchurian Ball
Step:1
Firstly in a large bowl take 2 cup cabbage 1 carrot , 3 tablespoon spring onion , 1/2 onion , 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic past , 1 tablespoon chili sauce and 1/2 tablespoon salt

Mix well making sure everything is well combined

Now add 1/4 cup maida and 1/4 cup corn flour

Combine well forming a soft dough . If the dough is loose , then add a tablespoon of maida and make a dough

Grease the hands with oil and prepare a small ball sized balls

Deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on in medium flame

Fry unil the balls turns golden brown and crisp . Drain off the manchurian balls over kitchen paper and keep aside
How To Make Manchurian Style Veg Fried Rice
Step:1
In a large bowl take 2 tablespoon oil , 1 inch ginger , 2 clove garlic , 1 green chili and 2 tablespoon spring onion

Stir fry on high flame without buring

Now add 1/2 onion , 1/2capsicum and 1 carrot

Stir fry on high flame without overcooking the vegetables

Now add 2 tablespoon vinegar , 2 tablespoon soy sauce , 1/2 tablespoon chili sauce and 1/2 tablespoon salt

Stir fry until everything is well combined

Add 1/2 cup corn flour slurry . To prepare corn flour slurry , mix 1 tablespoon corn flour in 1/4 cup water

Cook until the sauce turns glossy

Now add prepared manchurian balls and 1/4 cup cabbage

Stir fry until the balls are well coated with sauce

Further , add 3 cup cooked rice and 14 tablespoon pepper powder
