Ingredients

4-5 Hollow karela

3 Tablespoon oil

As needed salt

1 Tablespoon sugar

1/5 Tablespoon turmeric powder

1/2 Tablespoon red chili powder

1/2 Tablespoon coriander powder

1/3 Tablespoon garam masala powder

1 /3 Tablespoon mango powder

Step:1

Wash the karela and cut it into middle take out the inside of immerse . then boil salty water and cook for 1 hour

Meanwhile let’s make masala mix turmeric powder , red chili powder , coriander powder , gram masala powder , mango powder , salt and sugar

After 1 hour dry the karela with towel after draining salty water and rinsing them

Stuff them with the spice blend nicely
