500 Gram button mushroom

1 Chopped onion

3 Chopped tomato

1 Ginger

4 Cloves of garlic

3 Tablespoon oil

1 Inch cinnamon stick

1 Black cardamoms

2 green cardamom

1 Dry leaves

1/2 Tablespoon turmeric powder

1/2 Tablespoon red chili powder

1/2 Tablespoon coriander powder

1/2 Tablespoon garam masala powder

As needed salt

Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Step:1

In a pan heat oil and saute  cumin seed , cloves , cinnamon , cardamom and bay leaves

Cook chopped onion till golden brown add ginger , garlic and pureed tomatoes

Add red chili powder , turmeric powder , garam masala powder , coriander powder , as needed salt , and sliced mushroom

Step:4

Balance the consistency by adding water cook till the mushroom are tender
