How To Make Moong Dal Papad At Home

Moong Dal Papad Recipe

Moong dal papad is the tradition Indian dish which is delicious , crunchy , light wight , and little bit spice also it is the one of the best accompaniments it is serve with every meal so let’s make moong dal papad

Ingredients

1 Cup moong dal flour

2 Tablespoon black pepper powder

1 Tablespoon salt

1 Cup cumin seed

1 Tablespoon oil

5-6 Tablespoon Water

1/4 Tablespoon asafoetida

Step:1

In a bowl mix moong dal dough add spice , oil and water gradully mix it and form a dough

Step:2

Dived the dough and roll each protion into thin round shape using a rolling pin

Step:3

Dry the papad  in sun until they turn and crisp

Step:4

Rost the papad on an open flame and till it turn into golden brown serve it and enjoy the papad
