Chili Panner Recipe
Chili Panner is a spicy tangy recipe prepared from panner combine with some vegetable onion , tomato , capsicum and with some spices and some sauces so without wasting let’s make chili panner
Ingredients
300 Gram panner cut in cube shape
5 Tablespoon cornstarch powder
3 Tablespoon all purpose flour
1/5 Tablespoon salt
1/5 Tablespoon Black pepper ground
1/5 Tablespoon canola oil
As needed salt
As needed sauce
1 Tablespoon regular soya sauce
1 Tablespoon soya sauce
1 Tablespoon dark soya sauce
1 Tablespoon vinegar
2 Chopped green chili
1 Chopped tomato
2 Chopped onion
8 Tablespoon water
1 Tablespoon chopped ginger
1 Tablespoon avocado oil
1 Tablespoon garlic
1 No.s green pepper
1 Cup green onion
Step:1
Take panner and cut them into cube shape transfer them in a bowl add , 5 tablespoon cornstarch , 3 tablespoon purpose flour and as needed salt

Add water and prepare a thin nor thick batter

Heat oil in a kadai in medium flame heat for deep fry

Now deep the panner into the batter and fry the panner till golden brown and crispy from both side drain the fried panner in a paper bowl

In a measuring jar or bowl add soya sauce , rice vinegar , green chili sauce , tomato sauce ,mix well and keep it aside

Also mix 1/5 cornstarch with 4 tablespoon water mix completely and keep aside

Heat sesame oil avocado oil in wok on high flame , add ginger , garlic and add chopped green chili

Then add onion , pepper and cook for 2 minutes veggies should be crunchy and heat in high flame

Add the prepared sauce and mix in low flame

Add prepared cornstarch slurry . mix well , when the sauce is thick add 4-5 tablespoon water

Add fried panner and toss to combine the panner with sauce

Off the flame and garnish with fresh green onion and serve it and enjoy the chili panner
