Ghee podi idli is a delicious south Indian breakfast . It is made by tossing steamed idli in ghee , spice , and aromatic chutney powder this recipe is easy so without wasting time let’s make podi idli

ingredients

10-11 Idli

4-5 Tablespoon ghee

4 Tablespoon podi

11-12 Curry leaves

1/5 Tablespoon musted seeds

A pinch of hing

Step: 1

Take leftover idli or steamed fresh idli cut them into bite-sized pieces

Step:2

In a pan , heat ghee temper musted seeds, curry leaves and pinch of hing

Step:3

in low flame and add pondi to ghee , mix well for few seconds

Step:4

Add the idlis in the pan gently toss them to coat perfectly and then cook for 4-5 minutes

Step:5

After 5 minute serve it hot and enjoy the ghee podi idli
