South Indian avial is a healthy , creamy and delicious recipe that goes well with parotta and with rice . It is prepared with mix vegetable and grated coconut , this delight be a part of the weekend when your guest are coming check this recipe so let’s make south Indian avial

Ingredients

2-3 Green chili

1 Cup yam , drumsticks

1 Cup ash gourd , pumpkin

1 Cup plantain , cucumber

1/5 Cup fresh beans

1 Cup grated coconut

2 Tablespoon oil

8-9 Curry leaves

1/5 Tablespoon turmeric powder

Step:1

In a pan heat oil and saute drumstick , cucumber , fresh beans , pumpkin . sprinkle cumin seeds and turmeric powder

Step:2

Add water and let vegetable soften

Step:3

Blend grated coconut into a smooth paste and add it to the pan

Step:4

When the vegetable are done add whisked curd and turn down the flame

Step:5

Heat coconut oil in a ladle and add curry leaves to it

Step:6

Pour the tempering over avial and serve it and enjoy the avial
