Punjabi Style Panner Paratha Recipe

Panner paratha are most common breakfast option origination from north India now it famous in the world let make quick and healthy Punjabi style panner paratha

Ingredients

3 Cup wheat flour

2 Cup mashed panner

1 Cup chopped onion

1 Cup chopped fresh coriander

1 Chopped green chili

1 Tablespoon garam masala

1 Tablespoon cumin powder

As needed salt

As needed water

Step:1

In large bowl min chopped onion , mashed panner , coriander , garam masala , cumin powder and salt

Step:2

Add water and in the in the flour mix till for the smooth dough

Step:3

Divide the dough into small boll roll into thin circle

Step:4

Heat tawa and cook the paratha on booth side cook till golden brown brush with ghee

Step:5

Serve it and and add some butter and enjoy the panner paratha
