Ingredients

1 Bunch of fresh spinach (palak)

1/5 Cup besan

1/5 Tablespoon red chili powder

1/5 Tablespoon turmeric powder

1/5 Tablespoon cumin powder

1 Tablespoon garam masala

1/5 Cup water

As needed salt

oil for fry

Step:1

Wash the palak and chop

Step:2

Take a bowl add , besan , red chili powder , garam masala , turmeric powder , cumin powder and as needed salt

Step:3

add 1/5 cup water and mix it till it get a smooth better . coat chopped spinach with the better

Step:4

In a khadi heat some oil for the deep fry small protions of the spinach mixture

Step:5

Fry till the pakora turn into golden brown take the pakora out and serve it with a cup tea and enjoy the crispy palak pakora
