How To Make Punjabi-Style Missi Roti

Missi Roti

Missi roti is a staple Punjabi flatbread that is made with wheat flour , besan , and blend of spices to pair with your sabzis or with curries let’s make missi roti

Ingredients

2 Cup wheat flour

4 Cup besan

1/5 Teaspoon turmeric powder

1/5 Teaspoon amchur

1/5 Teaspoon ajwain

1/5 Teaspoon black pepper powder

1/2 Teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

1 Cup chopped coriander leaves

1 Chopped green chili

As needed salt

1 Chopped onion

1-2 Tablespoon oil

As needed water

Step:1

Mix whole flour , besan , spice , chopped green chili , chopped onion and oil

Step:2

Add water and mix with hand mix well for the smooth dough

Step:3

Take small portion from the dough and roll them into thin circle

Step:4

In a pan cook the roti in the both side till golden brown granish with ghee and serve it with pickle or with curd and enjoy the missi roti
