1.5 cup besan
3/4 cup water
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 tablespoon sugar
1/4 tablespoon termeric
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon oil
Ingredient: tadka
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 musted seeds
3-4 gree chillies
11-12 curry leaves
1 cup water
1/3 tablespoon salt
3-4 tablespoon sugar
1/2 lemon juice
Step:1
mix besan, water, sugar, salt, turmeric powder till butter be smooth let it rest for 15 minutes

add one cup water in your pressuer cooker place a matle stand in the cooker elevate the surface

add baking soda to the batter pour the better into a greased tray and place it in cooker

close the lid without the whistle and steam about 15 minutes

heat some oil, add musted seeds, curry leaves, and chopped green chillies, and saute them

pour some water and add some salt, sugar and lemon juice let the tadka simmer

cut the dhokla into cube pieces and pour the tadka coting all the pieces and serve it.
