Palak Paneer Naanza Recipe

Palak Paneer Naanza is a creative fusion dish that combines the flavors of classic Palak Paneer with the fun, handheld format of a naan pizza. A soft naan base is topped with a creamy spinach palak mixture, cubes of paneer, and melted cheese, then baked until warm and golden. This easy-to-make meal blends Indian spicing with Italian-inspired presentation, making it perfect for a quick dinner, party snack, or creative weeknight treat. Served with a side of raita or chutney, it’s a delicious twist on two beloved favorites

Ingredients

2 Cup refined flour

1/2 Tablespoon baking soda

1/4 Tablespoon sugar

1/4 Tablespoon salt

1/4 Cup dahi

1/3rd Cup spinach puree

As needed water

Step:1

In a mixing bowl , add refined flour , salt , sugar and baking soda , mix it and further add , curd and spinach puree , mix and combine well . Now gradually add water as needed to make soft and stretchy dough . Knead well for 10-12 minutes at least or until the dough smooth and it’s sticky anymore

Step:2

Cover with a damp cloth rest it for at least 30 minutes . By the  time you can make other components or the naanza . After the rest , divide in equal size dough balls . Coat the dough balls with dry flour and start shaping the naan with your fingers and further with rolling pin

Step:3

Roll in a thick size chapati and further stretch it form one side to shape like a naan . Spread a small spoonful of garlic butter evenly over the naan and place it over the non-stick baking pan , which is provided along with the microwave . Half cook the naan on garlic + convection mode at 200 C for 7 minute , half cook all the naan in similar way and keep for making the naanza

Desi Masala Pizza Sauce Ingredients

1 Tablespoon oil

1 Tablespoon garlic (chopped)

1 Inch ginger (chopped)

2-3 NOS green chilies (chopped)

1 Tablespoon coriander stems (chopped)

1/2 Cup onions (chopped)

Powdered Spices

1 Tablespoon red chili powder

1 Tablespoon coriander powder

1 Tablespoon jeera powder

1 Tablespoon garam masala

3 Cup tomato puree

Salt to taste

2 Tablespoon fresh coriander (chopped)

Step:1

Set a sauce pan on low heat , add oil , garlic , ginger , green chilies and coriander stems , saute for 1-2 minutes . Add chopped onions and cook on medium flame until light golden brown in colour

Step:2

Now lower the flame , add the powdered spices and stir quickly , further add tomato puree and salt to taste , bring to a simmer , cover and cook for 10-12 minutes , finish with fresh coriander , desi masala pizza sauce is ready , keep aside to be used later in naanza

For Butter Garlic Ingredients

1/2 Cup garlic (chopped)

4 Tablespoon fresh coriander

2-3 NOS  green chilies (chopped)

50 gm butter

Step:1

In a mixing bowl , add all the ingredients and mix well ,keep aside at room temperature , until used in naanza

For Garlic Dip Ingredients

1 Cup thick curd

1/2 Cup manonnaise

1/4 Cup fresh coriander (chopped)

Salt and black pepper powder to taste

2-3 Cloves garlic (grated

Step:1

Add all the ingredients in a mixing bow, and grate the garlic cloves , mix and well and keep it the fridge until you use it to drizzle over the naanza

Spicy Paneer Topping Ingredients

250 gm paneer (diced)

A large pinch red chili powder

A large pinch chaat masala

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Step:1

In a mixing bowl , add all the ingredients and toss well lightly , so the paneer coats ell and it doesn’t break . Keep the topping aside

Assembly

Pre-cooked butter garlic palak naan

Desi masala pizza sauce

Mazzarella cheese

Capsicum

Onion

Tomatoes

Sweet corn

Spicy paneer

Curd garlic dip

Spring onions greens (for garnish)

Step:1

Start making the naanaza , by spreading sufficient amount of masala pizza sauce , fill it with . Cheese ,add the topping and cook the pizza on convection + grill mode at 200 C for 7 minutes . You can tweak the addition of topping as per your convenience . Cut into slices and drizzle some garlic dip and garnish with spring onion greens , serve hot
