Red Garlic Chutney Ingredients

10-12 NOS whole Kashmiri red chilies (soaked and deseeded)

2-3 NOS green chilies

7-8 Garlic cloves

1 Tablespoon cumin powder

1 Tablespoon black salt

As needed water

Step:1

Add the soaked and deseeded in a mixer grinder along with the remaining ingredients and grind it into a fine paste . Your red garlic chutney is ready

 

Green Sandwich Chutney Ingredients

1 Cup coriander packed

6-7 NOS curry leaves

7-8 Spicy green chilies

5-6 Garlic cloves

1 Inch ginger

2 Tablespoon roasted chana dal

Salt to taste

Large pinch sandwich masala/chaat masala

A pinch cumin powder

2-3 Ice cubes

Very little water

Step:1

In a mixer grinder jar add the coriander and the remaining ingredients , make sure that you add very little water and grind it into a fine paste . Your green sandwich chutney is ready

 

For Peri Peri Spice Mix Ingredients

2 Tablespoon red chili powder

1/2 Tablespoon black salt

1 Tablespoon sugar powder

1/2 Tablespoon ginger powder

1 Tablespoon garlic powder

1 Tablespoon oregano

1/4 Tablespoon cinnamon powder

1/2 Tablespoon salt

Step:1

Take a jar and add red chili powder with the remaining ingredients and mix well . You can also add all the spices into a mixer grinder and grind them . Your peri peri spice mix is ready

 

Panini Mixture Ingredients

100 gram paneer (diced)

1/3 Cup capsicum (chopped)

1/3 Cup cabbage (chopped)

1/3 Cup sweet corn kernels (boiled)

2-3 NOS green chilies (chopped)

2 Tablespoon peri peri spice

3 Tablespoon red garlic chutney

3 Tablespoon mayonnaise

Salt to taste

60-75 gram processed cheese

Step:1

Take large bowl and add the diced paneer with the remaining ingredients and mix well using 2 forks or spoon , be careful while mixing and make sure that you don’t break the paneer pieces . Your panini mixture is ready

 

Making The Panini Ingredients

Panini bread (or regular bread

Step:1

Slice the panini bread from the middle using a sharp knife and divide it into two halves , spread butter evenly on both the halves then apply green chutney on one half and red garlic chutney on other . Spread enough filling on one half and place the second bread slice on top of it and press it lightly then spread some more soft butter on top of the bread slice

Set a grill pan on high heat and add some butter in it , then place the butter side of the panini down on the grill pan and immediately apply pressure to get the grill marks , flip the panini and cook it in the same manner on the other side . Cook till golden brown on the other if the both side are cook well then your peri peri panini is ready serve it with any dip’s and enjoy the sandwich
