Sandwich Chutney Ingredients
1 Bunch fresh coriander
10 NOS curry leaves
10-12 NOS green chili
10-15 Garlic cloves
1 Tablespoon sandwich masala
Salt to taste
1 NO. bread slice
1-2 NO. ice cube
Water a splash
Step:1
Add all the ingredients of the chutney in a mixer jar and grind it into a thick and fine chutney . Do not use a lot of water . Taste and adjust salt if needed and your streety style sandwich chutney is ready
Grill Sandwich Ingredients
2 Medium size onion
1 Medium size capsicum
1 Medium size red bell pepper
1 Cup sweet corn
2 Tablespoon sandwich chutney
1 Tablespoon oregano
1/2 Tablespoon red chili flakes
A large pinch sandwich masala
100 Gram processed cheese
For Assembly
Sandwich bread slices
Soft butter as needed
Sandwich chutney as needed
Paneer as needed (optional)

Step:1
Finely chop onion , capsicum , red bell pepper and sweet corn using a string chopper or knife and transfer to a mixing bowl

Add sandwich chutney , oregano , red chili flakes , sandwich masala , and grated cheese . Mix well to make the filling

If you are not assembling immediately . Add seasoning later to avoid the filling becoming watery . Heat a grill pan or tawa on medium flame . Take 3 bread slices , spread butter and sandwich chutney on all

On 2 slices , spread a generous layer of the prepared filling . Add grated paneer (optional) and sprinkle some sandwich masala . Stack the slices and cover with the 3rd slice pressing gently to seal

Apply butter on the hot pan . place the sandwich , and press lightly with a plate to replicate a grill press . Toast until the bottom side is crisp and golden brow , Then apply butter on the top slice , flip , and cook the other side the same way

Once both sides are golden and crisp , remove from pan cut into halves or quarters and serve hot with chutney and ketchup
