2/5 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste

1 Tablespoon cumin seed (jeera)

1 Tablespoon mustard seed (rai)

1/3 Tablespoon asafoetida (hing)

1 Tablespoon red chili powder

1 Tablespoon turmeric powder

1 Tablespoon coriander powder

1/4 Tablespoon garam masala powder

1/2 Tablespoon jaggery

1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice

2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
