How To Make Noodle Samosa At Home

Noodle Samosa Recipe

Noodle samosa is a delicious fusion that combines the flavor of Indian samosa . It is made with the filing of cooked noodles , vegetable and spice and the the samosa are deep-fry until golden brown and crispy . This unique tradition of samosa is perfect for in parties or in snack time . It is serve with chutney or with ketchup follow this step and make the crispy noodles samosa and enjoy the noodle samosa .

Samsa or samosas with meat

Ingredients

3 Cup noodle

1/5 Cup chopped onion

1 Tablespoon minced ginger

1 Tablespoon minced garlic

1/3 Tablespoon turmeric powder

1/3 Tablespoon cumin powder

1/3 Tablespoon coriander powder

As needed samosa pastry sheets

As needed salt

As needed oil for deep fry

Step:1

In a pan heat oil and cook onion , ginger , and garlic until fragrant

Step:2

Add cooked noodles vegetable , turmeric powder , cumin powder , coriander powder mix well and cook

Step:3

Take samosa pastry sheet and fold it into corn shape  and fill the mixture of noodles and seal the edges with water

Step:4

Deep-fry the samosa in hot and fry till golden brown and crispy

Step:5

The noodles samosa is ready serve it with chutney or with ketchup and enjoy the noodle samosa
