Ingredients
1 Boiled carrot and mashed
3 Boiled potatoes and mashed
1/5 Cup boiled peas and mashed
1/4 Cup boiled beans and mashed
1 Chopped onion
1 Tablespoon cumin seeds
1 Tablespoon ginger , gralic paste
1/4 Tablespoon red chilli powder
As needed salt
1 Cup chopped coriander
Oil for fry
Step:1
Boil all the vegetable and mash

Take a pan add oil and heat add cumin seed , ginger gralic paste , chopped onion saute it

Add all the mashed vegetables , salt , red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves mix it well and cook for 5 minutes

Cool the mixture for 20 minutes

After 20 minutes shape it into small patties

Take a pan heat oil and fry the cutlet fry till they turn into gloden brown on both side
