Stuffed Karela
Many of the people avoid karela because it taste bitter stuffed karela is a delightful addition to any desi spread it can be refrigerated any time and can be enjoyed for 6-7 days without wasting the time let’s make stuffed karela
Ingredients
4-5 Hollow karela
3 Tablespoon oil
As needed salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/5 Tablespoon turmeric powder
1/2 Tablespoon red chili powder
1/2 Tablespoon coriander powder
1/3 Tablespoon garam masala powder
1 /3 Tablespoon mango powder
Step:1
Wash the karela and cut it into middle take out the inside of immerse . then boil salty water and cook for 1 hour

Meanwhile let’s make masala mix turmeric powder , red chili powder , coriander powder , gram masala powder , mango powder , salt and sugar

After 1 hour dry the karela with towel after draining salty water and rinsing them

Stuff them with the spice blend nicely

Tie them around karela to ensure spice don’t ooze out while cooking

Saute the karela in oil until it convert into golden brown remove the thread and serve it and enjoy the stuffed karela
