Ingredients
5 Rise tomato
1 Tablespoon rasam masala
3 Cup tamarind water
1 Tablespoon turmeric powder
1 Tablespoon black pepper powder
1 Tablespoon cumin seed
4-5 Garlic cloves
1 Tablespoon cumin seed
1 Tablespoon musted seed
2 Dried red chili
A pinch of asafoetida
7-8 Carry leaves
3 Tablespoon ghee or oil
1 Cup chopped coriander leaves
As needed salt
Step:1
Boil tomato in tarmarind water , turmeric , salt , and simmer cook tomato until soft

Add rasam powder , pepper , garlic , cumin for the flavour and simmer for 9-10 minutes

In a pan heat oil splutter musted seed , add dry chili , curry leaves and a pinch of asafoetida
