How To Make Punjabi Mushroom Masala

Mushroom Masala Recipe

 

Do you love spicy and creamy mushroom masala with this easy recipe you can make it at home just follow these step and add some spice masala in your meal without wasting time let’s make the spice Punjabi mushroom masala

Ingredients

500 Gram button mushroom

1 Chopped onion

3 Chopped tomato

1 Ginger

4 Cloves of garlic

3 Tablespoon oil

1 Inch cinnamon stick

1 Black cardamoms

2 green cardamom

1 Dry leaves

1/2 Tablespoon turmeric powder

1/2 Tablespoon red chili powder

1/2 Tablespoon coriander powder

1/2 Tablespoon garam masala powder

As needed salt

Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Step:1

In a pan heat oil and saute  cumin seed , cloves , cinnamon , cardamom and bay leaves

Step:2

Cook chopped onion till golden brown add ginger , garlic and pureed tomatoes

Step:3

Add red chili powder , turmeric powder , garam masala powder , coriander powder , as needed salt , and sliced mushroom

Step:4

Balance the consistency by adding water cook till the mushroom are tender

Step:5

Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve it with roti or naan and enjoy the Punjabi mushroom masala
