Ingredients

2 Chopped carrots

1 Cup chopped cauliflower

1 Cup fresh beans

3 Potatoes

1 Beetroot

1 Tomato

As Needed Salt

4 Tablespoon Pav Bhaji Masala

2 Cup Water

1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste

1 Tablespoon Oil

1 Tablespoon Butter

2 Chopped Tomatoes

1 Green chillies

1 Tablespoon Garlic

1 Tablespoon Kashmir Lal Mirch

1 Tablespoon coriander powder

1 Tablespoon Turmeric

1 Cup peas

1/5 Cup  Coriander leaves

Step:1

Take a pressure add all chopped vegetable add 1 cup water ,1 tablespoon ginger past as needed salt and 3 tablespoon pav bhaji masala

Step:2

Mix it well and wait for 2-3 whistle

Step:3

After 3 whistle let the vegetable cool down and blend the vegetable with hand blender

Step:4

Take a pan add some oil or butter add chopped onions and at low flame heat it for 2-3 minutes

Add tomatoes, capsicum, green chili ginger and garlic paste mix it and cover it  cook

Now add red chili powder , coriander powder, turmeric ,salt, 2 tablespoon pav bhaji masala and cook for 2 minutes and add a cup of water

After 2 minutes add cooked vegetable mix it well cover the pan and cook it in low flame , add peas and coriander leaves
