Butter Dosa Recipe
Butter is essentially an adaptation of the traditional dosa which is nothing but a fremented crepe prepared from the batter of rice and boiled potato and spiced filling spread with butter . and serving with coconut chutney , tomato and onion chutney and with sambar

Ingredients
4 cup rice
2 cup urad ki dall
2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
As needed salt
As needed ghee
As needed water
Step:1
Soaked the rice and urad ki dall overnight then wash it properley then take a mixer grind and make smooth batter

Then cover the batter and keep the batter for 8 hours

After 8 hours take the batter and add some salt as needed

Then take a dosa pan and put some drop for water to bring the temperature down spead ghee on it and add dosa batter in it with gentle hand

When the dosa is cooked serve it with sambar or with chutney and enjoy the butter dosa
