During snack you have some craving try this Moong Dal Kachori during breakfast or snack time with a cup of tea on the other side crispy and delicious Moong Dal Kachori without wasting the time let’s make Moong Dal Kachori 

Indian special traditional matar or green peas Kachori served with tomato sauce and hot tea

Ingredients

3 Cup maida

As needed oil for fry

As needed salt

2 Cup moong dal

2 Chopped green chili

1 Cup chopped coriander leaves

1/5 Tablespoon red chili

A pinch of hing

1/5 Tablespoon ginger powder

1/5 Tablespoon garam masala

Step:1

Add as needed salt in the maida for the soft dough using water

Step:2

In a bowl sook moong dal for 3 hours and grind into a smooth paste

Step:3

Add coriander leaves in the moong dal paste and add hing , red chili powder , chopped green chili , ginger powder , and garam masala

Step:4

In a kadhai add oil and heat for few minutes

Step:5

Stuff small dough balls add the moong dal mixture

Step:6

Roll the kachori and fry them until golden brown

Step:7

The moong dal kachori is ready serve it with cup tea and enjoy the kachori
