Ingredients

4 Cup curd

1/5 Inch ginger

4 Green chili

2 Chopped onion

1 Tablespoon chana dal

1 Tablespoon mustard seed

1 Tablespoon cumin seed

1 Dry red chili

1 Spring curry leaves

1/5 Tablespoon turmeric

As needed salt

Step:1

Add water in curd for buttermilk mix well for smooth mixer add , salt , green chili , 1/5 inch ginger , and chopped onion keep it aside

Step:2

Strip them one more time before adding the pastes and powder spices

Step:3

Add 1 dry chili  , prepared onion paste , curry leaves and mashed garlic cloves saute them for 5-6 minutes then add 1/5 tablespoon turmeric powder and as needed salt

Step:4

Now in a bowl add prepared buttermilk and transfer the prepared tempering in a bowl mix it everything completely

Rasam Buttermilk is ready serve it with hot rice and enjoy
