Masala Curd Raita is flavorful , refreshing , and best for summer made by with thick curd , fresh herbs , onion , tomato and with some masala you can serve it with biryanis , pulao , or with roti , it’s easy to make and can be served as a cooling side during this summer
ingredients
4 cup Thick Curd
2 Chopped onion
2 Chopped tomato
1 Chopped Cucumber
1 Chopped Green Chili
1 Cup chopped Coriander
1/5 Tablespoon Rosted Cumin Powder
1/5 Tablespoon Red Chili powder
As Needed Salt
Step:1
Take a bowl mix the curd until smooth and creamy

Add chopped onions , chopped tomato , chopped green chili , and chopped coriander leaves

Add salt , cumin powder , red chili powder , you can add chaat masala if you like

Mix it well and let it be cool for 40 minutes

After 40 minutes granish with a sprinkle of rosted cumin powder and serve it chilled and enjoy the masala curd raita
