Pav Bhaji Toast and Cheese Chili Corn Toast are two delicious and quick Indian inspired toast variations perfect for breakfast or snacks. Pav Bhaji Toast Ingredients
3-4 Medium size boiled potato (grated)
1/3 Cup onions (chopped)
1/3 Cup tomatoes (chopped)
1/3 Cup capsicum (chopped)
2-3 NOS green chilies (chopped)
1 Tablespoon garlic paste
1 Tablespoon red chili powder
1 Tablespoon Pav bhaji masala
Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon fresh coriander (chopped)
As needed bread slice
Butter to toast
Step:1
Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well , your pav bhaji filling is ready . Take a bread slice and evenly apply the pav bhaji filling

Set a tawa on medium heat , add the filling applied bread slice and toast it until its crisp and golden brown in colour , flip and cook the toast briefly until the toast gets some colour . Your pav bhaji is ready , cut in squares or triangle and serve hot with ketchup , green chutney or any dip of your choice

Cheese Chili Corn Toast Ingredients
200 Gram processed cheese
50 gram butter
1/3 Cup boiled corn
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 Tablespoon chili flakes
2-3 NOS green chilies (chopped)
1/2 Black pepper powder
As needed bread slices
Butter for toasting
Step:1
Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl , and mix well , your cheese chili corn filling is ready . Take a bread slice and apply sufficient amount of filling over it

Set a pan on medium heat , add butter and place the cheese chili corn toast , it on low flame until the bread is crisp . Place a very hot cast iron tawa over the pan and cover it to ensure the cheese gets the brown texture just like in an over or you could simply toast it the oven at 180 C for 7-8 minutes

Tandoori Paneer Toast Ingredients
Tandoori sauce
1 Tablespoon mustard oil
2 Tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1 Tablespoon coriander powder
1 Tablespoon jeera powder
1 Tablespoon amchur powder
1/2 Tablespoon black salt
1/2 Tablespoon kasuri methi
1/2 Tablespoon garam masala
1 Tablespoon garlic ginger paste
1/3 Cup hung/thick curd
2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Live charcoal + ghee
Paneer topping
1/3 Cup tomatoes (thin square)
1/3 Cup capsicum (tiny square)
1/3 Cup onions (tiny square)
200 gram paneer (tiny square)
1/2 Tablespoon chaat masala
1 Tablespoon red chili powder
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon fresh coriander

Step:1
For tandoori sauce , take a mixing bowl , add mustard oil and Kashmiri red chili powder , mix well to blend the natural red colour , further add the remaining powdered spices , ginger garlic paste , thick curd , mayonnaise and salt to taste , mix well

Further smoke the sauce for 2-3 minutes by pouring ghee over live charcoal , discard the coal and mix the ghee with the sauce , your tandoori sauce is ready , keep aside to be used later . For paneer topping , add the ingredients of the topping mix well

Now , take a bread slice , evenly apply soft butter and further , apply the tandoori sauce and top it with sufficient amount of paneer topping , now , grate processed cheese as needed

1/3 Cup sweet corn (chopped)
1 Inch ginger
1 Tablespoon fresh coriander (chopped)
Salt to taste
1/2 Tablespoon black pepper powder
Oil for shallow frying

Add all the ingredients in mixing bowl , and mix well , your sesame toast filling is ready . Take a bread slice and apply sufficient amount of filling over it

Set a pan on medium heat , add oil for shallow frying , fry the toast facing the seeds coated side first for 2-3 minutes on medium high flame carefully flip and fry until the bread becomes crisp remove it over a tissue paper . Your veg sesame toast is ready , cut into squares or triangle , serve hot with green chutney . Ketchup , mayonnaise or any dip of your choice
