Sandwich Masala Ingredients

2 Tablespoon cumin seeds

1 Tablespoon black peppercorns

1 Tablespoon fennel seeds

2 Tablespoon cloves

1/2 NO star anise

Powdered Spices

1 Tablespoon anardana powder

1 Tablespoon dry mango powder

1/2 Tablespoon asafoetida

1/2 Tablespoon ginger powder

1 Tablespoon black salt

2.5 Tablespoon salt

Step:1

Set a pan on medium heat , add the whole spices dry roast them until fragrant , take it off from the gas and allow it to cool down . Transfer the roasted spices to a grinding jar , further add the powdered spices and salt , grind it well into a fine powder

Step:2

Your special sandwich masala is ready , use it accordingly and store it in an airtight container in a cool and dry place

Sandwich Chutney Ingredients

1 Bunch fresh coriander

10-12 NOS green chili

4-5 Garlic cloves

3-4 Spinach (blanched)

10-12 NOS curry leaves

1 Tablespoon sandwich masala

A pinch salt

1 NO bread slice

1 NO ice cube

As needed water

Step:1

Add the fresh coriander in a mixer grinder jar along with green chiles and the remaining ingredients and grind it into a fine paste . Instead of using the bread slice you can also use breadcrumbs or roasted chana dal / daaliya . Your spicy sandwich chutney is ready

Aloo Masala Ingredients

1 Tablespoon oil

A pinch mustard seeds

A pinch cumin seeds

10-12 NOS curry leaves

2-3 NOS green chili (chopped)

1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste

Powdered Spices

1/2 Tablespoon turmeric powder

1 Tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder

1 Tablespoon coriander powder

A pinch garam masala

1/4 Tablespoon asafoetida

1/4 Cup green peas

6 NOS potato (boiled)

Salt to taste

1/2 Lemon juice

A handful fresh coriander (chopped)

Step:1

Set a pan on high flame and add oil , once the oil gets hot add mustard seeds , cumin seeds , curry leaves , chopped green chilies and grind garlic paste , stir well cook over medium low flame briefly

Step:2

Further lowder the flame and add all the powdered spices , stir immediately and add asafoetida , green peas and boiled potatoes (mash them with your hands roughly while adding them into the pan) salt and stir well

Step:3

Mash the potatoes further using a potato masher in the pan , once you have mashed everything well add in the lemon juice and fresh coriander , stir well and your aloo masala for the sandwich is ready
