Tomato Macaroni Soup Recipe

Ingredients
1 Medium size onion chopped (roughly cut)
6 NOS tomato (roughly cut)
1 NOS green chili
A handful of coriander stalks
Salt A large pinch
1 Tablespoon oil
2 Tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1/4 Tablespoon garam masala
1/2 Tablespoon cumin powder
As needed hot water
Final Cooking
As needed hot water
Black pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 Tablespoon ketchup
1 Small carrot (diced)
7-8 NOS French beans (diced)
1/2 Medium sized capsicum (diced)
1/3 Cup sweet corn
80 Gram macaroni
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
A handful fresh green coriander (chopped)
Step:1
Add all the ingredients of the base into a pan , switch on the flame to high and let all the ingredients get hot

Cook over high flame until the tomato turn soft then add hot water , cover and cook over medium low flame until the tomatoes turn completely mushy , switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down completely

Transfer the cooled mixture into a mixer jar , add water and blend it into a fine puree

Strain and add the puree into a kadhai or a saucepan , add hot water to adjust the consistency , keep the soup slightly thin at this stage , alone with black pepper , oregano , black salt , ketchup and sugar , stir well , bring the soup to a boil and let it simmer for a few minutes

Once the soup has simmered for a couple of minutes then add the macaroni along with all the veggies , stir well and cook the veggies and pasta for 8-10 minutes or until the pasta is cooked

Lastly taste and adjust seasoning and the consistency if needed according to your preference and lastly add some lemon juice and fresh coriander
