2 Tablespoon oil
1/2 Tablespoon cumin seed

1 Inch cinnamon stick
1 Cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon garlic ginger paste
1 Cup chopped tomatoes
1 Tablespoon red chili powder
1 Tablespoon garam masala powder
0.5 Teaspoon turmeric powder
2/5 Tablespoon kolhapuri masala
2/5 Cup boiled mixed vegetable
As needed salt
0.5 Cup coconut milk
As needed coriander leaves for garnish

Take a pan heat oil and add cumin seed , cloves and cinnamon stick
