Ingredients
1 Cup all purpose flour
1/3 Tablespoon oil
1/3 Tablespoon salt
3-4 Tablespoon water
1 Tablespoon oil
2 Chopped spring onion
1/3 Tablespoon chopped garlic
1/5 Cup mixed vegetable (carrot , cabbage , beans , capsicum)
1/3 Cup mushroom
1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/3 Tablespoon black pepper

Step:1
In a bowl mix flour , salt , and oil then add water to make a firm dough

Cover the dough and let it rest for 20-30 minutes . In a pan heat oil and add garlic and spring onion whites and saute for 15-20 second

Add chopped vegetable and stir-fry on medium-high flame heat for 3-4 minutes

Add soy sauce , black pepper , salt , stir-fry for 2 more minutes then turn off the flame

Roll small dough balls into circles , place , filling in the center and pleat edges to seal
