Pyaaz Laccha Paratha Recipe
Pyaaz Laccha Paratha is a flaky, multi layered North Indian flatbread made with whole wheat dough and a generous filling of finely sliced onions and spices. The dough is rolled, folded, and coiled repeatedly to create its signature textured layers, then cooked on a tawa with ghee or oil until golden and crisp. Each bite offers a perfect balance of softness and crunch, with the sweetness of caramelized onions shining through. Often paired with curries, yogurt, or pickles, this paratha is a hearty and flavorful addition to any meal
