Coconut Rose Modak Recipe

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon ghee
1 Cup rava
1/2 Cup desiccated coconut
1/2 Cup jaggery powder
1/2 Tablespoon rose water
1 Tablespoon chopped dry rose petals
1/4 Teaspoon cardamom powder
2-3 Tablespoon ghee
Step:1
In a Kadhai add , 1 tablespoon ghee , 1 cup rava , in low flame mix it well for 4-5 minutes . After 5 minutes add , 1/2 cup desiccated coconut mix it well and last of the flame ,
Step:2
transfer the mixture of rava in bowl , let it be cool down in room temperature , after that add , 1/2 cup jaggery powder , 1/2 teaspoon rose water , 1 tablespoon dry rose petals chopped , 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder , and 2-3 tablespoon melted ghee and mix it well
Step:3
Take Modak Mould , grease the mould, shape the mokad and 1 by 1 shape all the modak . The delicious modak is ready serve it and enjoy

1/2 Cup chopped almond
1/2 Cup chopped cashew
1/4 Cup chopped walnut
1/2 Cup sunflower seeds
1/2 Cup pumpkin seeds
2 Tablespoon flax seeds
2 Cup rolled oats
25 NOS dates
1/2 Cup honey
1/4 Cup dried blueberry
1/4 Cup dried cranberry
Step:1
In pan add , 1/2 cup chopped almond , 1/2 cup chopped cashew , 1/4 cup chopped walnut and in low flame roast evenly transfer in bowl
Step:2
In the same pan 1/2 cup sunflower seeds , 1/2 Cup pumpkin seeds , 2 tablespoon flax seeds , toast it well and transfer it in same bowl

Again in same pan Add 2 cup rolled oats , and slowly slowly evenly roast in low flame and transfer in same bowl
Step:4
Take the 25 NOS dates and remove the seeds and the , make a paste of the dates add the paste in the bowl
Step:5
Add , 1/2 cup honey , 1/4 cup dried blueberry , 1/4 cup dried cranberry , and mix it very well , take the mould and add the mixture ans shape the modak . the delicious modak is ready serve it and enjoy
