Ingredients
500 Gram panner
2 Tablespoon butter
1 Teaspoon oil
1 Tablespoon gram flour
2 Medium size chopped onion
2 Medium size chopped tomato
1-2 Chopped green chili
Salt to taste 4
1/2 Tablespoon turmeric powder
1 Tablespoon red chili powder
As needed hot water
As needed coriander leaves
1-2 Fresh cream (optional)
Kasuri methi a pinch
Step:1
Ina a pan add , 2 tablespoon , 1 tablespoon oil , heat the butter completely melts

Further add 1 tablespoon gram flour and lightly roast it on medium flame , the gram flour acts like a binding agent as it holds the water that releases from the paneer

Now add 2 chopped onion , 2 tomato ,1-2 green chili and ginger , stir well and cook on high flame 1-2 minutes

And then add salt , 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder , 1 teaspoon garam masala , stir well cook for 1-2 minutes then add hot water as needed

Once you have cooked the masala add the panner into the pan by curmbling it with your hand along with a small handful of fresh coriander , mix the panner well with the masala and add hot water as needed to adjust the consistency of the bhurji and cook for 1-2 minutes

Further add the fresh cream & kasuri methi, give it a nice stir & finish by sprinkling some more fresh coriander. . Your paneer bhurji is ready serve it and enjoy the panner bhurji
