Veg Biryani Recipe
Veg biryani is a flavorful and rice dish it is made with mix of vegetable with some spices , basmati rice this rice are made in pressure cooker making it easy and quick . prepare the vegetable and let’s make it veg biryani
Ingredients
2 cup Basmati rice
3 Tablespoon oil
1/2 Bay leaf
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Damom pods
1 Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon garlic,ginger past
2 Cup mixed vegetable
2 Tablespoon biryani masala
1/2 Turmeric powder
1/3 Red chilli powder
As needed salt
4 cup water
Half cup chopped coriander
Step:1
Wash the rice for 20 minutes and drain aside

Heat the oil in the cooker and the all spices

Add chopped onion and mix it till gloden brown. and add ginger,garlic past and mix it for a minutes

Add all chopped vegetable beans, carrot , peas, potatoes and mix its for 6 -7 minutes

Add biryani masala , turmeric powder , red chilli powder as needed add salt mix it well

Add soaked rice and gently mix with the vegetables and spices

Add water and close the pressure cooker cook at low flame wait for 2 whistles

After 2 whistles let the cooker cool dow for 10 minutes

Granish the chopped coriander leaves and serve with raita or with yogurt and enjoy the veg briyani
