Rava upma classic south indian breackfast made with rava and a blend it’s spice , soft , delicious and easy to make so let’s make rava upma
Ingredients
2 Cup rava
3 Tablespoon oil
2 Tablespoon musted seeds
2 Tablespoon urad dal
15-16 Curry leaves
2 Green chilli
1 Onion
1 Cup carrot
1 Cup peas
23/5 Cup water
As needed salt
2 Tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Half cup lemon juice
Step:1
Take a pan heat the pan dry rost the the rava on low flame heat until golden colour keep it aside

Heat ghee or oil as you like add musted seed let them splutter add urad dal , curry leaves , and green chilli mix it and saute it for 5-6 minutes

After 5 minutes add chopped onion , carrot ,and peas and saute it

Pour the water and add salt bring it to a boil add rosted rava in the boiling water stirring continously to avoid lums

Cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes until the rava absorbs the water turn off the flame and mix it

Your rava upma is ready serve with pickle and enjoy the upma
