Masala Idli
Masala idli is delicious and spicy ,spongy , and soft it is made from leftover night idli fried tomato , onion , curry leaves , soya sauce and granis with fresh coriander leaves . so let’s make it masala idli
Ingredients
10-11 Overnight idli
2 Tomato
2 Onion
1 Tablespoon ginger, gralic
1 Green chili
2 Curry leaves string
1 Cup coriander leaves
1/3 Tablespoon kashmiri red chili powder
1/3 Garam masala
1/3 Tablespoon turmeric
As needed salt
2 Cup water
As needed lemon juice
1 Tablespoon soya sauce
As neede oil
1 Tablespoon musted seed
Step:1
Take the idli and cut it into small pieces

Take a pan add oil as you need fry the pieces of idli in low flame

Take out the idli . drain the excess oil

Heat the oil in the kadai and add mustard seed , chopped green chili , 1 tablespoon chopped ginger gralic , saute it for 5-6 minutes , add chopped onion , tomato and saute them well

Add ,1/3 kashmiri red chili powder , 1/3 garam masala saute it for a while add 1 tablespoon soya sauce , 1 tablespoon lemon juice mix

Add 1 cup hot water mix it well

Add chopped coriander leaves and a pinch of asafoetida and mix it well

sprinkle some gingelly oil on top and add some more chopped coriander leaves mix well
