Gujiya Recipe
Healthy gujiya is a nutritous twist on the taditional indian sweet . Made with wheat flour , filled with the mixture of nuts , dates n and jaggery gujiya is baked instend of deep fried let’s make gujiya
Ingredients
2 Cup wheat flour
2 Tablespoon ghee
As needed water
1 Cup chopped nuts
1 Cup jaggery
1 Cup chopped dates , pitted
As needed cardamom powder or rose water
Step:1
Take a bowl add wheat flour , ghee , and water make a prefect dough

Take a another bowl add chopped nuts , dates , jaggery to make filling
Step:3
Roll the dough into a circle shape and place a spoonfull of the filling in the center of each circle

Fold the circle in the half and sheal the edges
Step:5
Place the gujiya on a baking tray bake in preheated at 180C for 20 minutes
Step:6
After 20 minutes allow the gujiya to be cool down for 10 minutes before serving

The gujiya is ready serve it and enjoy the gujiya
