Ingredients

2 Cup  gram flour

2 Chopped onion

1 Chopped green chili

1 Cup chopped coriander

1/5 Tablespoon turmeric

1/5 Red chili

As needed salt

As needed water

As neededoil or ghee

Step:1

Take a bowl mix gram flour add , chopped onion , chopped green chili , chopped coriander leaves , turmeric powder , red chili powder , salt and water to make batter smooth

Step:2

Take a pan heat the pan spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin pancake

Step:3

Add oil or ghee around the edges and cook on low flame cook till golden brown

Step:4

Flip the chilla and cook other side until crispy

Step:5

Your chilla is ready serve it with chutney or with curd
