How To Butter Dosa

Butter dosa is a heavenly twist on the traditional South Indian  it crispy, buttery, and flavor full dosa so let’s make it butter dosa

Ingredients

4 cup rice

2 cup urad ki dall

2 tablespoon  fenugreek seeds

As needed salt

As needed ghee

As needed water

Step:1

Soaked the rice and urad ki dall overnight then wash it properley then take a mixer grind and make smooth batter

Step:2

Then cover the batter and keep the batter for 8 hours

Step:3

After 8 hours take the batter and add some salt as needed

Step:4

Then take a dosa pan and put some drop for water to bring the temperature down spead ghee on it and add dosa batter in it with gentle hand

Step:5

When the dosa is cooked serve it with sambar or with chutney and enjoy the butter dosa
